Vangelis and John Adams

Two wonderfully distinct and emotive scores.

 

We are living in a cultural “dark age” of “musical pollution”: “You put the radio on, and five minutes later you need an aspirin.”

Many people underestimate all the deep and introspective work of these relatively unknown composers who also quietly make movies what they truly are.  Please take a moment to reflect on all they have given into their pieces to make what you perceive to be incredible…just so.

Please take your time to actually listen to them in their entirety.  Its very worth your time.
