That which one cannot touch…

Innumerable times we reach for things that we cannot grasp.  A thought or even a daydream, no not a daydream…something of a greater bent.  A sense of a place you have been, a feeling that you have felt before, an image that you connect to.   A nameless feeling, one that cannot be quantified in modern conditions.  It is an extension of what once was a part of who we are.  In a sense…a piece of us that we have left behind. Certain images replay themselves throughout your lifetime; these images with such strange feelings behind them.   You see a picture, a tangible object and suddenly peace overwhelms you.  It is a sense of home.  A place of truest and purest comfort.

These things are stronger than we give them credit for.  These are certainly not meaningless images or things imagined in a day.  These are images of our past.  Perhaps an experience, perhaps a place of significance. A tender place where your unfaltering worship inhabited your soul.  It is something contained within the blood, a microcosm of a past world that may have been lived.

How does one than explain that they have been somewhere before, that they’ve experienced something beyond comprehension.  One tries to explain…these things are beyond that.

Perhaps this is a guide from a place past, a time past.  It is way to stay connected to those things of true significance.  These things of significance that no one can touch; none can feel.  You are the exception, you are your finest pathfinder.  Disregarding these feelings, these notions, these places…is a great disservice to a greater dynamism.  Someone, something took the time to create those special and intricate memories.  With a care and incredible time…these things were deeply woven in our being, our blood.  They were handed down through the times with great care not to be forsaken.  To direct you in times of great need.  To comfort you in times of highest tumult.  To ultimately lead invariably to yours truly and truest.

Take care not to let go of these elements.  These are extensions of who you could be.  Or what once you might have been.
